This returns & refunds policy applies to the website matchaandpilates.com , operated by ADISAEL under the brand Matcha & Pilates .

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of **14 days** from the receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay any penalty, with the exception of any return costs.

2. Non-returnable products

For hygiene reasons, sealed products (e.g. cosmetics, food supplements) cannot be returned or refunded once their packaging has been opened or their seal broken.
Also excluded are products that have been unsealed or used.

3. Return Procedures

To make a return:

  • Contact our customer service at contact@adisael.com within 14 days of receipt.
  • Please provide your order number, the product(s) to be returned, and the reason.
  • Pack the product(s) in their original condition (packaging, instructions, protective materials). Do not consider them damaged if this is due to transport.
  • Send them to the address we will provide, via a tracked carrier.

4. Reimbursement

Once the returned product has been received and verified, we will process the refund within a maximum of **14 days** of receiving your return. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original order.

5. Return costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part (defective product, shipping error). In this case, we will cover the costs or provide you with a prepaid return label.

6. Defective products / shipping error

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us immediately (with a photo) at contact@adisael.com . We will offer you a replacement or a full refund, including all costs.
