These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on the website matchandpilates.com . Placing an order implies the customer's unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3. Products

The products offered are described and presented as accurately as possible. Photographs are for illustrative purposes only. Matcha & Pilates reserves the right to modify or remove any product from the catalog without prior notice.

4. Price

Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT), excluding delivery charges. Matcha & Pilates reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the price in effect at the time of the order.

5. Order

The customer confirms their order after reviewing their shopping cart and accepting these Terms and Conditions. Once payment is validated, a confirmation email is sent. Matcha & Pilates reserves the right to refuse any abnormal or incomplete order.

6. Payment

Payment is made online through the secure solutions offered by Shopify Payments or any other provider indicated at the time of payment. Transactions are secured by SSL encryption. Matcha & Pilates does not have access to the customer's bank details.

7. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided during checkout. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen. In case of delay, the customer will be notified by email. Matcha & Pilates cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

8. Cancellation and returns

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide any justification. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and unopened. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error attributable to Matcha & Pilates.

9. Reimbursement

In the event of a compliant return, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the returned product, via the same payment method used for the order.

10. Warranty

The products benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity (articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

11. Responsibility

Matcha & Pilates cannot be held liable for damages resulting from misuse of the purchased product or from force majeure. Matcha & Pilates' liability is limited to the amount of the order.

12. Personal Data

The personal information collected is necessary for order processing and customer relationship management. It is processed in accordance with the Matcha & Pilates website's Privacy Policy .

13. Intellectual Property

All elements of this website (texts, images, graphics, logo, structure, code) are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without prior authorization.

14. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first before any legal action is taken. Failing that, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

In accordance with applicable regulations, the customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge for the amicable resolution of the dispute.
